As a longtime local, Mandy loves sharing everything that makes coastal North Carolina such a special place to call home—from beautiful beaches and waterfront communities to the welcoming small-town atmosphere that defines the area. For Mandy, home means living where you love—surrounded by the water, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and a community that feels like family.

Outside of real estate, Mandy enjoys working alongside her husband in their local lawn care business, spending time with her two grandsons, riding her e-bike, relaxing by the pool, and participating in community events with the Island Life Real Estate team.
