By the end of that first day, she instinctively knew which other houses would be right or wrong for us. She had a keen eye for walking a property and let us know what would need to be done to improve it and had loads of contacts for who could do the work if we desired. She had a great understanding of location pros and cons, which helped us quickly learn the area. During negotiations, she was again honest about our relative positions, clearly communicated our needs, and our non-negotiables, and helped us get the perfect house.
